JNR Management Inc., is a growing hotel management company. We currently own and manage 13 hotels located in MA, CT, NH and ME.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Individual to take on the role of Task Force Manager. In this position the ideal candidate will be required to travel and spend extended periods of time on site at any of our properties as needed.

What will I be doing?

As A Task Force Manager, you would be assisting the hotel during times of transition between managers or covering a property during the absence of a manager. You would be responsible for managing daily hotel operations and providing overall leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead, direct and manage all hotel operations including, but not limited to hotel budgeting and forecasting, strategic planning, leading service initiatives, leading and managing balanced scorecard performance, implementing and complying with all company policies and standards, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, responding to guests inquiries and resolving concerns and hotel-wide meeting participation and facilitation
• Review operational performance, identify areas of opportunity in productivity, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, and implement action plans to correct those deficiencies
• Ensure guest and team member satisfaction
• Recruit, interview and train team members
• Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, brand standard compliance and service and financial measurements
• Serve as the primary liaison to JNR corporate office.

Role Requirements

- Previous Franchised Hotel experience is mandatory.

- Must be able to travel as needed

- This role may require extended periods of time away from your home area

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)
